All the museums of the Houston MD in just one place.

Are you looking for a fast and easy way to find exhibits and cultural activities in Houston? Here’s how.

Finally, I'm back to my routine. My schedule at home is back to normal. My kids are back at school, and my husband and I are back to our regular activities.

Now, the weekends have reclaimed their original label of "cherished and revered." And one of the activities I enjoy most during this time is enjoying a cultural day with my family.

Our dear H-Town is perfect for our cultural days because it offers 19 museums just in its Museum District, which are open to the public, and a variety of exhibits and activities to explore within a two-mile radius.

In the past, I used to spend a lot of time visiting museum websites. Figuring out schedules and finding information for specific exhibits or special events one by one was tedious.

Now, I won’t have to! Because the Houston Museum District has launched its new website.

In just one place you’ll find: hours of operation, museum locations, current exhibits, free admission times, special events, cultural activities for kids as well as other cool things about less well-known museums.

Another thing I loved about the website is that it suggests other exhibits within walking distance of your selected museums.

So, now you know. Start with the Houston Museum District website first when you plan your next cultural day. Yo Mariana truly recommends it.
